The escorting of exceptional transports is carried out through escort vehicles which are labelled and equipped in accordance with the traffic safety regulations. Permits for exceptional transports are acquired for Slovenia, EU countries and former Yugoslavian countries (Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Macedonia, Kosovo).
